- Approve specifications before bulk production
Before production, both sides should confirm the approved sample and written specifications. These can include material references, colours, measurements, branding placement, packaging and carton details. If a private last or mould is required, its development timing and separate fee should be confirmed before production.
- Plan payment and inspection checkpoints
